The Worcestershire 2022 Festival makes significant financial grants which help people to live happy, fulfilling lives and participate actively in society. The Worcestershire 2022 Festival is an appeal of the Masonic Charitable Foundation who deliver grants and aid to Freemasons, their families and dependants. Grants are also awarded to charities that provide support in the following areas:
- Financial hardship for those in poverty, debt or unemployment Health and disability for people experiencing chronic or life-limiting conditions and disabilities
- Education and employability for disadvantaged children and young people Social exclusion and disadvantage for those facing barriers to participating in society
Funding is also provided to advanced medical and social research, hospices throughout England and Wales Air ambulance and rescue services. Funding is provided to support major natural disaster relief appeals at the discretion of the Foundation.
The charities supported by the Festival make a significant and lasting difference to those in need. Grants seek to benefit as many people as possible and further such causes.
